ABOUT LONE STAR BBQ CATERING AND EVENT CENTER.
As we played with the idea of starting our BBQ establishment, we came to the conclusion that our "mission" was quite simple. If the food that we are preparing is not exceptional, it will not be on our menu. We learned and practiced the art of barbecue for several years while competing on the Texas BBQ competition circuit. Other recipes were family favorites collected over the years. Everything that comes out of our kitchen is made from scratch. From our appetizers to our desserts, our BBQ sauces and salad dressings and our seasoned fries are hand cut. And, of course, our meats are seasoned and slow roasted in hardwood smoke. We hope you enjoy our commitment to excellent food.
